OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crash Monday night closed all northbound lanes of Wisconsin Highway 441 near east Appleton, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision occurred on a span of the northbound interstate at County Road CE, or College Avenue. It was first reported by 511 at 9:26 p.m.

By 10:26 p.m., the scene had been cleared and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
