MILWAUKEE, WI — Three people were seriously injured Friday night when a motorcycle collided with a pedestrian in Milwaukee’s Southpoint area, according to TMJ4.
The accident happened near South 27th Street and West Loomis Road, just northeast of the Point Loomis shopping center. It was first reported shortly after 10:00 p.m.
Details remain limited, but Milwaukee Police said a 35-year-old man was operating the motorcycle with a 27-year-old female passenger when the the bike struck a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a 38-year-old man, suffered critical injuries and was rushed to a local hospital.
Both the operator and the passenger were also transported to a hospital in serious and stable condition, respectively.
An investigation into the cause of the collision remain underway.
