MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — A semi-truck accident Tuesday morning closed a left lane on Interstate 894/43 near east Greenfield, according to TTWN Milwaukee.
The crash happened on the eastbound interstate at West Loomis Road and was first reported by TTWN at 8:30 a.m.

No details have been shared regarding the parties involved, but a traffic backup had built two exits back to Forest Home Avenue following the collision.
By 9:10 a.m., about 40 minutes later, the scene had been moved to the left shoulder, but the backup had extended to the Hale Interchange.
