MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — A multi-vehicle accident late Monday caused a major traffic backup on Interstate 41/94 near Milwaukee’s South Side, reports WISN.
The collision occurred on the northbound interstate near West Grange Avenue. It was first reported by WISN at 11:23 a.m.
Officials have not disclosed the cause of the crash, but part of the Mitchell Interchange was shut down as a result, including the I-41/94 westbound ramp.
By the time of the report, emergency crews were working to clear the wreckage from the roadway.
No injuries have been confirmed as of this writing.
