WASHINGTON COUNTY, WI — A man and a woman, both 43, were seriously injured last Friday night in a motorcycle accident on U.S. Highway 45 near West Bend, reports Washington County Insider.
The crash occurred on the southbound highway south of County Highway PV, or Pleasant Valley Road, near Froedtert Pleasant Valley Health Center. It was first reported to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office on July 8 at about 8:09 p.m.
Officials said a man was operating the motorcycle when he lost control, resulting in a collision. Both he and his wife, who was a passenger on the bike, suffered serious injuries.
Medics transported both patients to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, where their conditions remain undisclosed.
The WCSO’s Accident Reconstruction team, along with multiple other agencies, responded to the scene.
No further information has been shared at this time, as an investigation remains ongoing.
