WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI — A traffic incident Monday evening closed a right lane on Interstate 41 near northwest Oshkosh, according to We Are Green Bay.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation said the event occurred on the northbound lanes at Exit 119 to Wisconsin Highway 21, or Omro Road. It was first reported around 7:20 p.m.
No details on the circumstances behind the incident were shared, but the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene and were leading an investigation.
Officials initially projected a clearance time of one hour, but the WCSO was able to reopened the roadway in about 30 minutes.
As of this writing, no injuries have been reported.
