MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — One person was injured Wednesday night in a motorcycle accident on Interstate 43 near east Greenfield, according to FOX6 Milwaukee.
The collision occurred near the Exit to West Loomis Road at around 7:00 p.m.
Details remain limited at this time, but the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office said all eastbound lanes were shut down at the intersection. All traffic was forced to divert through the exit.
No information on the condition of the motorcyclist has been released, but they are expected to survive their injuries.
By 8:30 p.m., about an hour and a half after the crash, all lanes were reopened to traffic.
An investigation into the cause of the wreck was underway.
