MILWAUKEE, WI — A 27-year-old man died Tuesday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash at an intersection in north Milwaukee’s Harambee neighborhood, according to TMJ4.
The fatal wreck occurred at North 7th Street and West Locust Street shortly before 2:11 p.m.
Details are limited, but the Milwaukee Police Department said a 21-year-old man in another vehicle hit the victim’s car, causing the second vehicle to overturn.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office responded to the scene, where the driver of the victim vehicle was pronounced deceased.
Officials did not say whether drugs or alcohol factored into the crash, but the striking driver was arrested. He is expected to face charges from the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the next few days.
