DODGE COUNTY, WI — A 38-year-old man died three days after a single-car crash last Monday off State Trunk Highway 60 in Hustisford, reports TMJ4.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office said the fatal accident occurred east of St. Helena Road on April 25, at around 5:30 p.m.
A preliminary investigation indicates the man was driving westbound on WIS-60 Trunk when, for reasons still being investigated, he veered past the center line and crossed the eastbound lane to the south shoulder. His vehicle then spun clockwise and collided with a culvert, causing it to flip.
Crews extricated the victim from the wreckage and rushed him to a local hospital, where he died on Thursday, April 28.
No further information has been provided at this time. An investigation by the DCSO and the Dodge County Medical Examiner remains ongoing.
