FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WI — A vehicle accident late Tuesday afternoon blocked all southbound lanes of Interstate 41 near northwest Fond du Lac, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision occurred on the southbound interstate near the offramp to the westbound lanes of Wisconsin Highway 23. It was first reported by 511 at 4:35 p.m.

It was not immediately clear what caused the wreck, but by 4:42 p.m., the scene appeared to have moved to the left lane.
By 5:22 p.m., nearly an hour after the initial report, all lanes were reopened to traffic.
