MILWAUKEE, WI — A vehicle crash Wednesday morning closed an Interstate 43 exit ramp near north Milwaukee’s Lincoln Village neighborhood, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision occurred on the ramp connecting I-43 southbound to both West Becher Street and West Lincoln Avenue. It was first reported by 511 at 6:35 a.m.

It was not immediately clear what caused the wreck or how many vehicles were involved, but all lanes on the ramp were completely blocked for nearly an hour.
By 7:21 a.m., the scene had been cleared from the offramp and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
