BROWN COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crash Tuesday morning blocked a left lane on Wisconsin Highway 172 near south Green Bay, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision took place on the eastbound lanes at East River Drive, in the Allouez area. It was first reported by 511 shortly before 5:30 a.m.

It was unclear what led up to the event, but by 5:53 a.m., the scene had been cleared and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
