MILWAUKEE, WI — A vehicle accident Wednesday morning blocked a left shoulder on Interstate 43 near the Lincoln Park neighborhood in north Milwaukee, according to TTWN Milwaukee.
Authorities said the collision occurred on the northbound lanes at West Hampton Avenue and was first reported shortly before 8:25 a.m.
The circumstances behind the crash were not immediately clear, but commuters were warned of stop-and-go traffic back to Atkinson Avenue.
