SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crash early Tuesday afternoon blocked all westbound lanes of Wisconsin Highway 23 near east Plymouth, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision took place on a stretch of the westbound highway near the intersection with the southbound lanes of County Road M. It was first reported by 511 at 12:23 p.m.
Only a right lane was initially blocked, but by 1:04 p.m., all westbound lanes were impacted.

At 1:36 p.m., more than an hour after the crash, the scene was announced cleared with all lanes reopened to traffic.
