MILWAUKEE, WI — Property damage was reported Monday night after a driver slammed into a fire station in Milwaukee’s North Division neighborhood, reports TMJ4.
The incident occurred at Fire Station 30 off the intersection of North Teutonia Avenue and West Locust Street at approximately 8:00 p.m.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash, but authorities said a car and a pickup truck were involved. Officials arrived to find that the occupants in both vehicles had fled the scene.
No known injuries have been reported at this time, but the frame of the overhead door at the station sustained damage.
An investigation was underway.
