OZAUKEE COUNTY, WI — One person was hospitalized Wednesday morning after a single-vehicle collision on Sherman Road in the town of Cedarburg, reports FOX6 Milwaukee.
Cedarburg Fire and Rescue crews responded to the scene in a rural area near the intersection with Granville Road, or County Highway V, shortly before 8:00 a.m.
It was unclear what caused the crash, but no other vehicles appear to have been involved.
One occupant had to be extricated from the wreckage and was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Authorities did not say whether the patient was the driver or a passenger.
Another occupant did not require treatment.
The Ozaukee County Sheriff’s Office and crews with Grafton Volunteer Fire Department were also at the scene.
