MILWAUKEE, WI — A Milwaukee County Transit System bus struck a tree Wednesday afternoon in the Thurston Woods neighborhood of Milwaukee’s north side, according to FOX6 Milwaukee.
The accident happened at the intersection of North Teutonia Avenue and West Florist Avenue.
Milwaukee police said the driver was trying to make a U-turn at the corner when they lost control of the bus, causing it to hit a tree.
The driver, who was the only occupant on the bus at the time, was not reported injured.
