OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle collision Wednesday afternoon closed all westbound lanes on Wisconsin Highway 96 near Fox River Mall in west Appleton, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident took place on the westbound highway near the offramp to Interstate 41 northbound. It was first reported by 511 at 2:56 p.m.

By 3:11 p.m., less than 15 minutes later, the scene had been cleared from the roadway with all lanes reopened to traffic.
