OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle accident Thursday night closed all northbound and southbound lanes on Wisconsin Highway 47 near north Appleton, according to We Are Green Bay.
Authorities said the collision occurred at the County Road O intersection at approximately 8:00 p.m.
The circumstances behind the crash were unclear, but the roadway was projected to remain closed for at least two hours as Outagamie County deputies and crews responded to the scene.
By 11:00 p.m., three hours later, the scene had been cleared and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
As of this writing, authorities have not released details regarding the parties involved or any injuries sustained.
