OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle collision early Wednesday evening shut down all eastbound lanes on Wisconsin Highway 54 near southwest Seymour, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident occurred on a stretch of the eastbound highway at Ballard Road and was first reported by 511 shortly before 5:00 p.m.

It was unclear what led up to the crash or how many vehicles were involved, but the scene remained on the roadway until about 6:30 p.m., an hour and a half later.
