OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crash Saturday morning blocked all eastbound and westbound lanes on Wisconsin Highway 54 near north Oneida, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident happened on a stretch of highway near Van Boxtel Road and Cooper Road. It was first reported by 511 at 8:44 a.m.
