MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle collision Wednesday morning blocked a right shoulder on Interstate 43 near the Bayshore shopping mall in southeast Glendale, according to TTWN Milwaukee.
The crash happened on the southbound lanes before West Bender Road and was first reported by TTWN at 7:30 a.m.

It was not immediately clear what led up to the accident, but commuters were warned of stop-and-go traffic back to Good Hope Road.
By 9:05 a.m., more than an hour and a half later, the scene remained on the shoulder, indicating a major crash and extended emergency response.
