OZAUKEE COUNTY, WI — One person was hospitalized Wednesday night after a single-vehicle collision off an intersection near Grafton Department of Public Works, reports CBS58.
The accident occurred near the corner of Green Bay Road and Hickory Street, north of central Grafton, at about 8:57 p.m.
It was not immediately clear what led up to the crash, but Grafton Fire Department said a vehicle ran off the roadway and sustained severe damage.
Firefighters arrived to find two citizens administering aid to the vehicle’s driver and sole occupant, who was semi-conscious.
Medics rushed the victim to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa with serious injuries.
