MILWAUKEE, WI — One person was injured Tuesday evening when their car was struck by another driver and pushed into a nearby residence in Old North Milwaukee, reports FOX6 Milwaukee.
Authorities said the incident occurred near the corner of Sherman Boulevard and Stark Street.
An early investigation indicates one driver ran a stop sign and hit a second vehicle. The impact of the crash sent the second car off of the roadway, causing it to strike a home.
The driver of the second was treated at the scene for minor vehicles.
Milwaukee police are now actively searching for the driver of the causing vehicle, who fled the scene foot shortly after the crash.
