BROWN COUNTY, WI — A 47-year-old Green Bay resident died Wednesday afternoon after a single-vehicle accident near northwest Green Bay, according to WBAY.
The fatal collision occurred on Larsen Road near South Taylor Street, in the Village of Howard, at about 1:17 p.m.
An early investigation indicates the driver was heading eastbound on the road when they appeared to suffer a medical episode. The victim then lost control of their vehicle while negotiating a curve in the roadway, causing the car to run off the roadway and strike a tree.
The Brown County Sheriff’s Office said the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No other occupants were in the car at the time, and no other vehicles were involved.
An investigation was underway.
