MILWAUKEE, WI — A vehicle crash Thursday afternoon closed an Interstate 894 exit ramp near Kulwicki Park in southwest Milwaukee, according to TTWN Milwaukee.
The collision occurred at the Hale Interchange, on the ramp connecting I-894 and I-41 southbound to I-43 southbound. It was first reported by TTWN at 3:30 p.m.

Motorists were warned of stop-and-go traffic as far back as Lincoln Avenue.

By 4:20 p.m., nearly an hour later, the scene had cleared from the roadway and the exit ramp was reopened to traffic.
