OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle collision early Friday afternoon blocked a left lane on Wisconsin Highway 441 in east Appleton, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash happened on the northbound highway approaching East College Avenue. It was first reported by 511 at 12:17 p.m.

By 12:46 p.m., nearly half an hour later, the scene had been cleared from the roadway and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
