MILWAUKEE, WI — A 34-year-old man died early Sunday morning after being struck by a vehicle while standing outside of his car near northwest Milwaukee’s Walnut Hill area, reports TMJ4.
The fatal incident occurred at the corner of North 35th Street and West Meinecke Avenue, near Metcalfe Park, shortly after 3:00 a.m.
Milwaukee police said the suspect, who was driving a dark-colored SUV, fled the scene after striking the victim.
No further information has been released at this time, but an investigation remains ongoing.
