MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — One person died late Wednesday morning after a two-vehicle accident that injured another near a shopping center in northeast Oak Creek, reports TMJ4.
The crash happened in the 6500 block of South 27th Street, or Wisconsin Highway 241, shortly before noon.
Few details have been provided at this time, but Oak Creek police said two cars collided in the northbound lanes of the road.
One person had to be extricated from their vehicle by Oak Creek Fire crews and was rushed to a nearby hospital, where they were later pronounced deceased.
The driver of the second vehicle was also transported to a local hospital, where the extent of their injuries remain undisclosed.
