DANE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle accident Friday afternoon blocked a left lane on U.S. Highway 12 near the Fox Ridge neighborhood in Middleton, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash happened on the westbound lanes approaching Exit 251A to University Avenue. It was first reported by 511 at 12:23 p.m.

By 12:40 p.m., less than half an hour later, the scene had been cleared from the roadway and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
