OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle accident early Monday afternoon shut down an Interstate 41 exit ramp in southwest De Pere, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash happened on the I-41 southbound offramp to Freedom Road and was first reported by 511 at around 12:43 p.m.

Only the ramp’s left lane was initially blocked, but by 2:10 p.m., more than an hour later, the closure impacted the entire ramp.

Shortly before 2:30 p.m., the scene was reported cleared with all lanes reopened to traffic.
