MILWAUKEE, WI — A two-vehicle collision involving a WSP cruiser was reported Monday afternoon on Interstate 94 near west Milwaukee’s Cannon Park neighborhood, according to Wisconsin State Patrol.
The incident occurred near County Road N, or South 92nd Street, and was first reported shortly after 4:30 p.m.

Authorities said a trooper was conducting a traffic stop when an approaching semi-truck failed to change lanes around the scene’s flashing emergency lights.
The semi made contact with the driver’s side of the cruiser and left considerable damage, but the trooper was not reported injured.
An investigation into the crash was underway.
