MILWAUKEE, WI — A 41-year-old man died Thursday morning after being struck by a vehicle near an intersection in Milwaukee’s Hampton Heights neighborhood, according to CBS58.
The incident occurred near North 60th Street and West Stark Street at approximately 5;45 a.m.
No details have been released on the circumstances behind the crash, but police said the male pedestrian was hit by a vehicle driven by a 23-year-old woman and suffered fatal injuries.
Authorities confirmed the female driver was arrested and faces pending charges from the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
