WASHINGTON COUNTY, WI — A 65-year-old man died Tuesday morning after his car rolled into a ditch off Interstate 41 near Addison, according to Post-Crescent.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office said the fatal crash happened near Wildlife Road and was first reported shortly before 7:00 a.m.
A preliminary investigation indicates the victim was driving a silver 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder convertible when the car drifted to the shoulder, returned to the road, and lost control before rolling into the ditch.
First responders pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
Authorities believe the collision, which flipped the car onto its roof, occurred overnight. No further information has been released.
