SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI — One person was killed Wednesday afternoon in a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 43 near the Town of Holland, according to FOX6 Milwaukee.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office said the fatal crash happened on the northbound interstate near DeWitt Road at about 1:20 p.m.
An early investigation indicates the victim was driving northbound when their vehicle veered off the roadway and collided with a guardrail face.
First responders arrived to find the victim deceased at the scene.
All northbound traffic was shut down in the area and diverted through State Highway 32 toward Cedar Grove.
Authorities have not released further details on a possible cause of the crash.
