OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, WI — A vehicle accident Thursday evening blocked two right lanes on an Interstate 41 exit ramp near west Appleton, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash happened on the ramp connecting I-41 northbound to West College Avenue. It was first reported by 511 Wisconsin shortly before 5:30 p.m.

At 6:12 p.m., the closure was downgraded to one right lane, and by 6:37 p.m., the scene was reported cleared.
