LA VALLE, WI – One person died and two others suffered injuries, including a 1-year-old child, in a major head-on collision in the La Valle area on Thursday.
According to a report by Madison News, the crash took place shortly before 10 a.m. near the Demaskie Road intersection.
Witnesses reported a Chevrolet Traverse and a Ford Fusion slammed head-on for unknown reasons.
The driver of the Chevrolet, a 68-year-old Wilton man, was pronounced dead at the scene. Both occupants in the Ford, a 22-year-old woman, and the 1-year-old child, were hospitalized with unknown injuries.
The identities of those involved are being withheld pending further investigation.
