MILWAUKEE, WI – Investigators believe reckless driving may be to blame for a serious collision near Humboldt Park last Wednesday, November 6th.
According to a report by CBS 58, the crash took lace at about 2:15 p.m. near the intersection of Oklahoma Avenue and South Adams Avenue.
