SOMERS, WI – A woman from Kenosha was killed and two others were hospitalized after a major head-on collision in Somers on Sunday night.
According to a report by Kenosha News, the crash occurred as the driver of a 2000 Buick Century turned from Old Green Bay Road onto Highway 31 and crashed head-on into a Toyota Camry.
The Buick’s driver, a 71-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passenger and the driver of the Toyota were extricated and transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
Investigators are working to establish an official cause of the crash at this time.
