KOSSUTH, WI – A multi-vehicle crash on I-43 near the town of Kossuth on Monday morning claimed the life of a man from Illinois.
According to the Brillion News, the crash occurred along the southbound exit ramp to the exit to Manitowoc County K road.
Deputies say the driver of a Ford Ranger pickup truck went through the stop sign at the end of the ramp and was struck by an eastbound Sterling truck.
The driver of the pickup, a 70-year-old Illinois man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other driver involved was unhurt.
