MILWAUKEE, WI – Two juveniles were taken into custody after fleeing police and crashing a stolen vehicle in west Milwaukee early Sunday morning.
According to Fox 6 Now, the teens stole the vehicle near 54th Street and Beloit Road, prompting a police chase down Hawley Road.
Soon after the chase ensued, the stolen vehilce crashed and caught fire near the intersection of Hawley Road and Vliet Street. Both occupants, the 14-year-old driver, and his 17-year-old passenger, were extricated from the vehicle and taken into custody.
No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
