MILWAUKEE, WI – Five people, including three juveniles, were hospitalized following a head-on collision caused by an underaged driver in Milwaukee last night.
According to a report by CBS 58, a 15-year-old driver attempted to pass another vehicle near 23rd Street and Vliet Street when they crashed head-on into an oncoming car.
Both occupants in the second vehilce were hospitalized with serious injuries.
The 15-year-old driver and two occupants in their vehicle, ages 14 and 14, were also hospitalized in serious condition. However, they are all expected to survive.
It is unclear at this time why the juvenile driver was behind the wheel.
