WISCONSIN DELLS, WI – A woman from Portage suffered serious injuries after crashing into a semi-truck on Monday afternoon.
According to the Wisconsin State Journal, the 27-year-old Portage woman was driving east in the westbound lanes of I-90 near Wisconsin Dells when her vehilce slammed head-on into the semi.
The woman was airlifted to a University Hospital with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the semi, a 54-year-old man, was also hospitalized with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
