News Update: Driver charged in fatal Denmark DUI collision

DENMARK, WI – The Brown County Sheriff’s Office charged the man believed to be responsible for a fatal DUI crash near Denmark last weekend.

According to a report by WIXX, 29-year-old Marcus Walker of Green Bay was unintoxicated when he collided with a vehilce at the intersection of County R and Cooperstown Road on Saturday.

Two people in the second vehicle, 42-year-old Jamie Lee Cain and 41-year-old Katherine Mae Rathie-Dunn, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. A 31-year-old passenger in Walker’s vehilce suffered non-fatal injuries.

Walker was arrested and charged with two counts of homicide intoxicated use of a vehicle after a fatal crash
