MILWAUKEE, WI – Two people were hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision that took place in the city’s Williamsburg Heights neighborhood on Tuesday evening, WDJT reports.
Police say that the incident happened shortly after 7 p.m., when the driver of a vehicle traveling east on Keefe Avenue suffered a medical episode. The vehicle careened into another vehicle near Richard Street, which then struck a light pole and finally a tree near Holton Street.
Emergency responders with the North Shore Fire Department rushed the occupants of the first vehicle to an area hospital, where the drive was listed in critical condition and a passenger was in stable condition.
The driver of the other vehicle was not hurt.
