Miles G. Lindner Personal Injury Attorney
Attorney Miles G. Lindner is a 1991 magna cum laude graduate of the Marquette University College of Business Administration. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1994.
While in business school, his high academic performance made him eligible to join Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for business college students.
After graduation from law school, Miles worked for five years in private practice, working on a broad spectrum of legal issues. He joined Lindner Law LLC., in 1999 in order to concentrate his professional pursuits in the area of personal injury litigation.
Miles takes special pride in the service he provides his clients. His files contain cards and notes from clients who appreciate the caring attention he gave them and their cases. He offers open communication with clients and seeks to give them an honest assessment of their chances for successfully pursuing a case when he meets with them. Known for his high standards and work ethic, Miles loves the practice of law and recognizes how it can help people. His mission is to provide the highest level of professional service and attention.
He has extensive litigation experience, including jury trials, court trials, arbitrations, and mediations. His achievements include million dollar settlements for clients and he has successfully handled over 3,000 injury cases.
Because of his special interest in representing victims injured in motorcycle accidents and the excellent results obtained in those cases, he has been designated by the firm to handle the majority of its motorcycle injury cases. In his most recent jury trial involving a motorcycle injury, Miles achieved a verdict for his client in excess of $500,000.00.
In addition to vehicle injury accidents, Miles has tried cases involving “premises liability,” which cover situations where an injury occurs in a building or property that is deemed unsafe or without proper security. For example, he successfully concluded a case and received a settlement for the survivors of a man killed by a tree that fell on him from a neighbor’s yard.
In his time away from work, he spends time with his wife and young daughter. He is abundantly familiar with the park, the pool, and the zoo. He is also an avid sports fan and claims he can talk NFL football with the best of them.
