Charles Hausmann Personal Injury Attorney
Attorney Charles Hausmann is a Milwaukee native who attended Marquette University High School and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and went on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School in 1971. After graduating from law school he accepted a position as an Assistant District Attorney in Milwaukee County trying criminal cases from disorderly conduct to first degree murder. In addition to criminal cases he prosecuted consumer fraud and environmental cases.
After gaining valuable and extensive courtroom trial experience he and his high school friend, John F. McNally, opened Hausmann-McNally, S.C. The firm originated in downtown Milwaukee over 40 years ago, and grew into one of the largest and most successful law firms in the Midwest based upon quality, competent representation and sincerely caring for its clients. Charles has tried a large number and wide variety of cases and has received multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in cases relating to vehicle accidents, unsafe vehicle design (crashworthiness cases), medical malpractice, unsafe premises and wrongful death cases.
In 2018, In 2018, Hausmann-McNally reached an agreement with long-time partners David Bischmann and Miles Lindner to continue the Wisconsin personal injury practice of Hausmann-McNally, which they are doing under the name of Lindner Law, LLC. Charles remains “Of Counsel” to Lindner Law, LLC, providing a lifetime of expertise to the firm and its clients.
