MILWAUKEE, WI — At least one vehicle overturned due to a two-vehicle crash Friday morning on Interstate 43 in Milwaukee’s south side, according to TMJ4.
The collision occurred on the Exit 9 ramp connecting southbound I-43 to westbound I-894, near Wilson Park. It was first reported by the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office at 7:08 a.m.
Authorities have not shared details regarding the cause or nature of the wreck, but the ramp was closed in the immediate aftermath. Motorists coming form downtown Milwaukee were advised to find alternate routes to avoid the scene.
It was not immediately clear whether anyone was injured or transported to a hospital.
